| Placing Orders |
| Place your sexy wear orders Online providing all the required
Information allowing us to process your Order. Please note that
all payments will be charged to Obita Consultants who not only
own but manage the Funlingerie website. All delivery notes and
your bank statements will state that all monies form orders
and refunds are to and from Obita Consultants |
| Delivery time and cost |
| We endeavour to offer the best service available online.
Unfortunately, due to increased costs, we have been left with no
option but to reluctantly introduce a small postage & packing fee
on orders of less than £50 at £ 3.00. For orders over £ 50, We're
pleased to offer customers free postage & packing. This only
applies to orders within the UK. |
| Orders for delivery outside the UK for £ 100 and less have a
standard postage and packing free of £ 8.00 |
| All products will be shipped as soon as possible (subject
to credit clearance and availability of stock). |

- United Kingdom - from despatch 3-4 working days ( Parcel
Force, Royal Mail)
- Outside the UK - £ 8 .From despatch 5-10 working days

| All deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard
procedures. Should you require clarification on (for example) what
happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a
signature is required, please contact the carrier direct. |
| Split Orders |
| Fun Lingerie normally despatches in-stock items immediately.
If part of your order is not in stock, we will split the order
and send any available items immediately, unless they are part
of a matching set with the waiting item(s). Outstanding items
will then follow on as soon as they become available. |
| If you ordered a gift box and your order is split due to non-
availability, we will send all shipments in a gift box. You will
only be charged once for the gift box and delivery, however many
shipments we make to you. |
| How can I pay? |
| We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa,
American Express, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, and Visa Electron. |
| At Fun Lingerie, you are only charged for goods once the items
ordered have been despatched from the warehouse. If there are any
items on your order which are not in stock, you will not be charged
for them until we actually ship them to you. You will be advised by
e-mail (or telephone if you do not have an e-mail address) if we
are unable to complete your order. |
| Security checks |
| As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of
credit/debit cards, we carry out random security checks on orders.
These can take various forms, and from time to time it may be
necessary for us to ask you to provide a copy of a recent statement
header for the card being used on your order. Please note that we
are only interested in confirming information already provided on
your order, i.e. the billing name and address and card issuer
details, and do not need to see actual transactions, which can be
covered up. In case you have any concerns regarding security, we
can also assure you that all information is shredded as soon as we
have confirmed the details required. We hope you appreciate that
this is undertaken in the interests of fraud prevention, and is a
necessary precaution. |

| Your payment and order details are normally sent to us across a
secure connection that uses a 128 bit certificate. This means that
the information is encrypted and cannot be read by anyone other
than ourselves. You can see that the pages are secure because the
address in the address bar changes from being http:// to https://.
You will also see a padlock symbol or key in the bottom bar of your
browser. |
| Some computers prevent this secure connection and we provide a less
secure connection to customers who encounter this problem. If
required you can use our standard server to place an order.
Although this will resolve the problem, you should be aware that
your details will be passed to us without being encrypted. |
| As with any e-commerce site, once you have completed your purchase
and to ensure all confidential information is removed, we recommend
that you close all browsers. |
| Which countries do we ship to? |
| We ship to most countries in the world - unfortunately, we cannot
ship to all countries due to problems we have had with local
deliveries. If you do not find your desired destination country in
the tables below, please e-mail our customer services team and we
will do our best to help. |

| How to cancel an Order |
|
| Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have
the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from
the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. |
| To cancel this contract, either telephone the Customer Service Team
on UK 01869 240 812 or International + 44 1869 240812 or e-mail our
customer services team with the order number and your instruction
to cancel. |
| If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the
relevant items and send them back to our warehouse located atFun

| Back Orders |
| We aspire to 100% in-stock availability. If we are out of stock of
a particular item where we are expecting further deliveries from
manufacturers, you can still place an order. The wait time for new
supplies is usually one to three weeks; however, it can be longer
as we are dependent upon our suppliers. On the rare occasions that
the wait time is going to be longer, you will be e-mailed with the
option of continuing to wait or cancelling the order. |
| Occasionally and unfortunately, manufacturers sometimes discontinue
lines when they have promised that they wouldn’t! We have no
control over this but will let you know if we are no longer able to
fulfil an order. |
| Under all circumstances, your credit card will not be charged until
your goods are shipped. |
| Return Information |
| We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied
with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you
a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their
original condition, with all labels intact. Items can be returned
up to 28 days after you receive them. |
| Please note that Gift Box or delivery charges will not be refunded
in the case of a return. |
| If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us
prior notice. In this case please send us a note stating the
return, your order number with the returned goods. |
| Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned
to us via the Post Office. As soon as we receive the goods we will
endeavour to process your request, for either a refund or
replacement, as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take a
few days so we would be grateful if you could bear with us. |

In addition, if your order has to be split due to stock
availability, all shipments on that order will be Gift Boxed at no
extra charge. |

responsibility for your lateness. |

person. At the checkout, when you are paying for your goods, just
select 'Blame Us' as the gift wrapping type and we will include a
card that takes full responsibility for the late arrival (we will
blame problems in our warehouse). |
